Yuki Onna - Painted Animation

Some old work I did back in 2013-2014 for a short university project.
We were given motion capture data of a dance and we were to find a way to turn it into a movie using 3D models or whatever method we wanted to use. The idea I had was to paint a dance onto card using the paint to help demonstrate the cloths movements. Sadly due to extreme time constraints the quality diminishes towards the end where most of the movement is.
Perhaps I was a little over ambitious trying to paint all these frames of cloth in such a short time.
